Bingsu is a cold dessert made from shaved ice topped with a variety of toppings and drizzled with a sweet syrup or condensed milk. There are many different types of bingsu depending on the the toppings. Patbingsu is my personal favorite where a sweet red bean topping is added to a cool mountain of soft shaved ice.
